【What is Reiki?】

Reiki is a form of therapy that uses simple combinations of hands-on, no-touch, and visualization techniques, with the goal of improving the flow of life energy for the recipients. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means “universal life energy” in Japanese, and Reiki practitioners are trained to detect and alleviate problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Reiki therapy can be effective to relieve stress and pain, and to improve the symptoms of various health conditions.

Reiki is a hand healing technique which was born in Japan in Japan in 1920’s.
There are over 6 million Reiki practitioners in western countries and over 8 million Reiki practitioners all over the world. Reiki is a major healing technique and recognized by medical insurance companies in UK and Canada. Reiki is also an included subject in some medical degrees at some universities in USA.

Everyone can learn Reiki easily and heal themselves and others. Also Reiki allows you to send energy to people and things far away.

Reiki is also a spiritual philosophy allowing Reiki practitioners living greater wisdom for living their life. Through learning Reiki and understanding how to work with energy that we don’t see, and most practitioners find improvements in their relationships and various parts of their life.

※Reiki is not tied to any culture or religion, and works well with conventional medicine.
